DAYS WILL ONLY BE COUNTED AFTER THE FIRST PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADEMAJOR VS MINOR EDITSMinor edits comply to most if not all of the points below:

2.) Editing fees are attached to major edits or, in some cases, multiple minor edits. See details in the table above.
3.) Full refund is only possible when I haven’t started working on the commission yet. I will send a message once I start on your commission.
4.) It is possible to ask for a partial refund of the commission before the completion of the model. The refund amount will depend on the progress stage of the commission. Your commission will be stopped after the refund. After cancelling the commission, the model artwork/design/edits of the work cannot be used in any shape or form henceforth.
5.) Refunds are not possible after the completion of the model.
6.) Currency in USD. PayPal Only.
7.) The commission-work is considered [COMPLETED] once the PSD file has been received by the client. Upon completion, no further edits are expected.
8.) Edits post PSD-file transfer are considered as a new editing commission with the accompanying fees attached.EXTERNAL RIGGING9.) In the event you hire an external rigger for my design/art, please note that any requests of edits for the cutting/art, etc. will be charged extra as major edits
10.) Rigger identity will have to be disclosed with me.
11.) In case you know beforehand you’ll be going with an external rigger, I will need the riggers’ preferences in terms of layers, cuts, etc. If I do not receive this information, I will assume I can cut it in a way that’s comfortable to me.FILE DELIVERY12.) Only digital files will be delivered. No physical goods will be shipped to your address.
13.) For Art & Rigging commissions, only the ready-to-use file for Vtube Studio will be provided.
14.) The rigging source file will only be provided after discussion of usage and an extra fee will be attached. Please note that refusal of the request is possible.RIGHTS15. I have the rights to turn down requests that I am uncomfortable with.
16.) I retain the rights to the artist credits and to publish my work on social media (e.g., model showcase, portfolio, etc.)RESTRICTIONS17.) The model and art cannot be resold.
18.) The model and art cannot be involved in any NFTs or AI related form.
19.) Do not edit my art, rigging or PSD file unless explicit consent is given.
20.) After completion of the model commission and additional edits are requested (as in no.8). I have the right to refuse to work on additional edits.
21.) Please do not issue chargebacks. In case of a chargeback your ownership of the commissioned artwork will be forfeited. This means the artwork/design/edits of the work cannot be used in any shape or form henceforth.CONDUCT22.) Please be as clear as possible in your requests
23.) Refrain from using course language, insults, or passive aggression.
24.) Pricing is listed on my website. For clear requests, there is no discussion possible. Complaints regarding the above will be ignored in favour of proceeding with the work.
25.) Upon 3x warnings for misconduct, I have the right to end our collaboration. Refunds will be handled according to refund-policy as seen in the section COMMISSION START, END & PAYMENT.
26.) If you are unsure or have any remarks, note them clearly and directly.
